I watch Free Satellite TV at My Parents
Watching television shows has always been my favorite pastime. Even if I already moved out, I still watch television shows at my parent’s house. Nothing can be more fun than watching movies and shows with your family. I have always been watching shows from a free satellite TV since I was a little kid and watching it at may parent’s house with the rest of the family always makes feel like I am home.
During my younger years, watching shows from a free satellite TV was never complete without some popcorn and of course everyone’s favorite Jell-O. Every Friday and Saturday nights my mom would prepare lots of Jell-Os chilled in the fridge because she always knew that after dinner when the clock ticks at eight, everyone will be staying in the living to watch their favorite baseball game.
Past and Present Satellite TV
The dish satellite TV during my childhood was not able to give us a better reception. The pictures were a little shaky at times especially when the weather was bad. But most of the time, we always had so much fun despite of the bad reception.
Now, with the advent of technology, watching shows and movies from a satellite TV is very pleasant because the reception is better. The pictures can now be seen on screen vividly and the sounds are really clear. Aside from that, the present dish satellite TV gives access to a lot of free TV channels where most of my favorite shows and games are aired.
How Free TV Strengthens Family Bond
Watching television from our dish satellite TV has become a family tradition every Friday and Saturday nights. Although all of us have already moved out from our ancestral house, me and my brothers will still make it a point to gather at my parent’s house during these days to watch our favorite games and then watch great movies or shows.
At first, I thought watching games and shows using a free satellite TV were only for having a good entertainment. But, as time passed by I realized that it was the family bond that was becoming more important than any show that we were watching. As a matter of fact, we even sometimes turn the TV and talk about a lot of things that have been going on with our separate lives and not realizing that we are actually watching a movie or a TV show.
The free satellite TV became our sort of medium to further strengthen the connection in our families. Of course, mom never forgot what to prepare during the weekends. A pleasurable movie watching will not be complete without mom’s Jell-Os and popcorns.
The tradition of watching from a free satellite TV has somewhat change a little bit. What used to be cans of sodas are now cans of beers. There are also layers of pepperoni pizza instead of jell-o. The best change is that my brothers’ little kids and their wives watch the shows with us now.
